I'm still not quite sure why we can't have our cake and eat it to on this - provide a non-TeXmacs installer for people who don't need it, prefer to install their own TeXmacs, or think it's too big, and provide a larger "kitchen sink" installer for the more typical user. If I understand correctly, the final exe install files can be hosted just on the savannah servers, correct Tim? Pounding your server to fine power is definitely NOT one of the goals ;-).
